Bayesian Spam Filter Patch for TWIG

This is a patch for twig-2.7.7. Mails that are marked as spam have a little spam icon next to them. It uses MySQL to store the spam word counts to estimate probabilities.
I am not actively maintaining it, but welcome comments/fixes.
